Right of withdrawal - Returns
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The private buyer will have the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract, without penalty and without having to specify the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the buyer receives the products. In the event of multiple purchases made by the buyer in a single order and delivered separately, the aforementioned 14 (fourteen) day period begins from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify TITEK using the following method:
- sending a specific communication to TITEK by email to vendite@titek.eu with the subject “Withdrawal from the Sales Contract” by the Buyer, the “Order Number” and the “Order Date” to which the Contract refers, in addition to all the data indicated below:
- list of all products covered by the Sales Contract;
- detailed list of the products for which the right of withdrawal is requested (in the event that you intend to exercise this right only on some of the products covered by the Sales Contract);
- date of receipt of the products for which the right of withdrawal is requested;
- name and surname of the Buyer;
- Address where the products can be collected by the carrier appointed by TITEK;
- Buyer's email address (the same one used to place the Order).
TITEK, within 3 (three) days of receiving the aforementioned request, must send the latter, via email, all the documents and instructions necessary for the shipment of the products for which the Buyer has declared he wishes to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer will be required to return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated to TITEK his intention to withdraw from the Sales Contract.
The products must be returned to TITEK, Strada Friginetto 8, 47899 Serravalle RSM. The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the Buyer, even if the return is organized and carried out by TITEK.
The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with any attached tax documentation.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the provisions of the previous point, TITEK will refund all payments received in relation to the products subject to the right of withdrawal, excluding any payment commission costs paid by the Buyer by virtue of the payment method chosen during the order confirmation phase on the Site, and including the original shipping costs equivalent to the cost of standard shipping provided by TITEK, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the Sales Contract.
In any case, TITEK may withhold the refund until receipt of the products or until the Buyer has provided proof of having returned the products, whichever occurs first.
Titek Srl will process the refund using the same payment method used by the Buyer during the purchase process. If the Buyer paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the Buyer must provide TITEK with the bank details required to process the refund by email to vendite@titek.eu .
TITEK may partially refund the Buyer if the returned products, once received, are not in a condition suitable for resale without a price reduction. TITEK will notify the Buyer by email of the amount that will be deducted from the refund, in order to restore the returned products to their original condition and condition.
