1. Are the products new, refurbished or used ?

We offer both new and refurbished/tested items. Each product page clearly indicates the condition. Refurbished items are inspected and guaranteed before shipping.


2. What guarantee do the products have?

  • New : standard 12 month warranty.
  • Refurbished : 6 month warranty.

3. How can I check the compatibility of a module (e.g. Siemens/Fanuc)?

Each data sheet lists the compatible codes . If in doubt, send us the part number of your unit → we will confirm interchangeability.


4. Do you also supply end-of-life (EOL) spare parts?

Yes ✅. We have a department dedicated to end-of-life spare parts (e.g., Siemens S7-300, previous Fanuc series). In many cases, we offer drop-in or refurbished alternatives .


5. What does the term “Lead time X days” mean?

Indicates the average lead time if the product is not in stock. In urgent cases, we can offer rapid solutions (express from EU/US suppliers).


6. Are your modules tested before delivery?

Yes. All refurbished modules are tested on the test bench (I/O, voltages, communication).


7. Can I download the technical manuals or datasheets ?

Yes, in the product sheets you will always find a “📂 Download” link to download original Siemens/Fanuc PDFs or application manuals (e.g. BoolDog RS232 use).


8. Do you have a CNC data backup/recovery service?

Yes. With devices like BoolDog RS232 Transfer, we can help you back up and restore parameters and PLCs , avoiding machine downtime. We also offer remote assistance.


9. What payment methods are supported?

Credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and express electronic methods are accepted. For business orders over a certain amount, we also consider deferred payment .


10. Do you offer support for setup and installation ?

Yes. In addition to sales, we offer:

  • Telephone/WhatsApp support for basic installation and configuration
  • On-site technical service upon request for complex installations
